Call for 2026 Community College Student Scholarship Nominations

The ACS Brazosport Section is calling for nominations for two $500 scholarships to Community College students from Brazoria, Victoria, Wharton, Jackson, Calhoun, or Matagorda County.

The scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated satisfactory academic achievement (minimum of 2.5 GPA) and are currently enrolled at least part-time (at least 3 credit hours or one course) at a community college in Brazoria, Victoria, Wharton, Jackson, Calhoun, or Matagorda County.

REQUIRED SELF-NOMINATION COMPONENTS:

• Nomination letter, minimum of 300 words.

• CV or resume (include list of honors/awards and additional evidence of academic achievements).

• Academic transcripts.

• 2 letters of support.
