Congratulations to the 2026 ACS Brazosport Volunteer of the Year Award Winner!

On behalf of the of the Brazosport Section of the American Chemical Society, I am pleased to announce that after careful review by the award selection committee, Fuad Usman (Dow Chemical Company), has been named the 2026 ACS Brazosport Volunteer of the Year.

The award recognizes Fuad’s exceptional leadership and hands‑on support in elevating ACS Brazosport’s major events and STEM outreach through meticulous event execution, cross‑group coordination, and impactful educational programming.

For this year, several high-quality nominations were submitted. Receiving a nomination is a significant recognition and the heartiest congratulations to all the nominees. A sincere Thank You to all the nominators for taking time out to recognize deserving candidates.
