Hayley Brown, Senior Research Scientist in High Pressure Copolymers R&D at DOW, who joined and has volunteered with ACS Brazosport since 2013 has been announced as an ACS POLY division Fellow inductee for 2022. This recognition comes as part of her receipt of the 2021 Distinguished Service Award from the POLY division of ACS.
Hayley has served in the role of POLY Program Chair 2018-2021 and Chair of the Programming Committee 2020-2021 and has served as a symposium chair for multiple ACS POLY meetings. In addition, Hayley has been active in the Brazosport ACS Local Section, holding Chair and Director positions as well as contributing as a member of the ACS National Committee on Nomenclature, Terminology, and Symbols.
