Reminder: High School Student Scholarship Applications open!

Applications are open for the 2026 High School Student Scholarships.

Deadline is April 1st, 2026.

The ACS Brazosport Section is pleased to announce the call for nominations for two $1,000 scholarships designated for graduating high school seniors from Brazoria, Victoria, Wharton, Jackson, Calhoun, and Matagorda County.

These scholarships recognize students who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement in chemistry and who intend to pursue further studies in chemistry or chemical engineering at the college or university level. Consideration will also be given to the applicant’s financial need.

To be eligible, please must submit a complete nomination package (see attached documents or download at High School Student Scholarship | ACS Brazosport) and send it directly to pboopalachandran@dow.com no later than April 1, 2026.
